Entropia Legends
500,000 PED across three divisions, and a six-figure tournament reserved for new players. What the biggest hunting championship in Entropia Universe actually is, and how it is won.
Entropia Legends is the largest hunting championship the universe has seen: 500,000 PED across three divisions, run by Nanashana Nana Itsanai with MindArk behind it. 793 avatars entered in June, and it runs through August.
Three divisions, three prize pools
Everyone competes in the division that suits them, and the windows are staggered, so a competitor can enter more than one.
Upcoming, 100,000 PED, is reserved for newer avatars at profession level 39 or below. It has its own leaderboard and its own creature list, so rising hunters compete against each other rather than against veterans. That is the one worth shouting about: a full six-figure tournament that a new player can actually win, and not many events do that.
Solo, 160,000 PED, is individuals on their own merits. Team, 240,000 PED, is societies fielding rosters of two to twelve.
How it is scored
Qualifying ran as a Top HoFs event over several weeks. Every global on the qualifying creature list that placed in the Top 500 scored a point, which decided the field on consistency over the long haul rather than on one big night. Sixteen came through in each individual division, and eight teams.
Dedicated spawns for every designated creature are up on Calypso in untaxed areas for the duration, so the field runs the same ground on the same terms. Qualified competitors carry a trophy icon above their avatar in world, so you can tell at a glance whether the person hunting next to you is still in it.
The Grand Finals run in a dedicated, spectator-observable instance, and every finalist takes prize money home. Live standings appear on Entropia Central during each scoring window.
